Use of Services
Our services, including all products, content, and resources, are intended for lawful and personal use only. Unauthorized commercial use or redistribution of our products is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation and Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Purchase Terms
- Single Domain License: Each purchase is valid for use on one domain and one website or store only.
- Lifetime License: The license for purchased products is lifetime unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- Domain Licensing: Products are licensed to specific domains. In special cases, domain transfer may be allowed with prior approval from support.
Support and Updates
- Support: Product support is provided via our ticketing system. Support includes fixing reported issues and assisting with usage.
- New Features: Requests for additional features will be considered at our discretion.
- Compatibility: Our products are developed based on default PrestaShop structures (default theme and modules). We are not responsible for incompatibility with third-party modules, but we strive to resolve issues where technically possible.
- Support Limitations: Support is available only for purchased products and does not cover free products or PrestaShop core functionalities.
- Support Duration: Each product comes with a specified support duration, as indicated on the product page. Access to updates is provided if support is active at the time of the update’s release.
- Support Renewal: Renewal costs 30% of the current product price and can be renewed 180 days before expiration. Renewal periods start from the new support purchase date.
- If a purchased product has been customized, the original, unaltered version of the product provided by us will serve as the basis for issue resolution. Support will only be provided if the reported issue is verified in the original downloadable version and confirmed by PrestaWare’s development and support team.
Refund conditions
- Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not generally provided unless it is proven that the promises made on the product page—such as technical features, declared functionalities, or compatibility with specified PrestaShop versions—have been violated. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- A refund may be issued if it is demonstrated that the purchased product did not match its description or previews, or had unresolved and unusable defects. In such cases, the buyer is required to discontinue the use of the product unless it is repurchased under the correct terms. Before requesting a refund, customers are encouraged to contact our support team to address any issues.
- PrestaWare reserves the exclusive right to assess refund requests and is not obligated to issue refunds, especially under the following circumstances: if you have changed your mind about the product, purchased it by mistake, lack the required expertise to use it, or if the product has been removed.
Limitation of Liability
PrestaWare will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including issues of compatibility or technical limitations. Your use of our products is at your own risk.
User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to engage in activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Posting offensive or unlawful content.
- Attempting to interfere with the operation of our website or services.
- Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Termination of Service
